At C3, we lead with data and insights. One of our favorite data sources is Circana (formerly NPD Group), which provides us with regular reports on families’ purchase behavior at restaurants. We’ve just received their full-year 2022 data and here’s our main take-away:
Making kids and parents feel like welcomed guests, whether they’re dining in or getting food to-go, is good for restaurant traffic AND revenue.
